I joined Leonardo Hotels as Development Director Central Europe in September 2026. I am responsible for development and acquisitions across Central Europe and lead the team for the entire region.

At NOVUM Hospitality, I spent more than twelve years as CIO, responsible for IT and business processes. In 2022, I moved into asset management and business development as CDO. I then served as CDO at Revo Hospitality Group before working as an independent hotel advisor.
At NOVUM and Revo, I was involved in M&A transactions and financing, including discussions with banks. That experience informs my work at Leonardo Hotels today.
